Robert Goldsmith Fuel Oil, Inc. was founded by Robert Goldsmith in 1942; the company began as a home heating business and sold coal. Shortly after, in the 1950s, we began selling home heating oil. My father, Arthur Little, proudly became a partner in 1971 and took over the rest of the business in 1979.
