In the State of Nevada, compilations and reviews are required for contractor licenses. The Nevada State Contractors Board requires the following financial requirements based on the bid limit you will be applying for:
Bid Limits of <$10,000
Preparations of personal financial statements. Pricing starts at $300.
Bid Limits of <$10,000-$49,999
Compiled financial statements (balance sheet only). Pricing starts at $500.
Bid Limits of $50,000-$249,999
Preparations of a compiled financial statement (balance sheet only), with full disclosures. Pricing starts at $1,000.
Bid Limits of >$250,000
Preparations of the reviewed financial statement (balance sheet only), with full disclosures. Pricing starts at $1,5000.
