• Massage Therapy-A trained masseuse who also employs traditional healing techniques.  Request cupping. Add hot stones and cold stones for a nominal fee. Request specialized massage for post- portum, infertility, etc.

Steam Sauna w/ Temazcal & Sobada- A temazcal is traditional Mexican steam, both similar to the Native Americal sweat lodge. Herbs and traditional medicine are used to detox the body, purge toxins, cleanse the digestive and respiratory system while purifying the mind and grounding the body.

• Herbalist/Apothecary- Specializing in pregnancy, new mothers /babies, and offering botanical medicines including skincare, oil, bams, Teas, etc.
