Public Housing Authorities (HUD)

Complete interior and exterior renovation of a 76,000 square foot, eight story housing development, incorporating current codes and standards. Included in the project was the addition of a new entrance rotunda, private dining area and exercise facility for tenant use. Public restrooms and elevators were modernized to meet current accessibility codes and standards. Tenant apartments were completely remodeled and updated to provide a healthy living environment as described by Enterprise Green Communities Criteria. Site renovations included outdoor walking path with gazebo, new LED site lighting, as well as landscaping with native species and the construction of a new parking area.
