Finn’s Fund supports staffing and programming that targets PACC dogs in shelter distress and with special behavioral considerations. Finn’s Fund works with each dog’s individual personality to tailor enrichment and training plans to meet their needs and provide post-placement support to their fosters and adopters.

Finn’s fund also creates shelter educational and awareness tools that reach a broad audience and normalize positive reinforcement training and dog behavior on a wider scale.
