Eide Bailly is a regional certified public accounting (CPA) and business advisory firm. MMEC was hired to relocate their Spokane office to the second floor of the Historic Spokesman-Review Building, located in downtown Spokane. The design took advantage of the unique aspects of this iconic property. The moment you step off the elevator you are greeted by an open, light-filled reception space with hints of the large curved windows beyond. All spaces in this 27,000 sq ft tenant space have access to natural daylight. By positioning their large conference room, training room, and kitchen in the tower and curved areas of the building, everyone gets to enjoy these unique building elements.
