June Garden Tours

Held each year the first weekend of June, the Deutschheim garden tour gives visitors an opportunity to learn firsthand about the garden techniques and practices of Missouri's German settlers.

Visitors enjoy treats, such as lavender-flavored springerles and pink lemonade, as they stroll the gardens, all in bloom. Craftsmen such as the bee skep maker, pictured at right, give hands-on demonstrations.

This event is held in conjunction with the Hermann Garden Club's annual spring garden tour and plant sale.
