Buyer Acknowledges, that Landowner, Contractor, and/or Seller (as applicable to this relationship) reserves the right to make changes and/or modification to floor plans, specifications, materials, features, and colors without prior notice.  Location, size, and construction of doors, walls, fireplaces windows, and Window styles, sizes, and location, as well as ceiling heights, vaults, roof types, and roof products, will vary.
