Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) support students with disabilities as they navigate the critical transition from school to adulthood. Offered by Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) staff and providers, these services are available to both VR-eligible and potentially eligible students between the ages of 14 and 21. Pre-ETS is designed to help young individuals build the skills and confidence needed to pursue future education, employment, and independent living opportunities.
