Civilians rise to fitness challenges
The Army Wellness Program is promoting physical activity and teamwork among Department of the Army civilians at Fort Cavazos through a series of six-week fitness challenges. Designed to improve overall wellness and foster camaraderie, the challenges encourage healthy competition and shared motivation. According to Tarisha Corey, training coordinator with the Workforce Development Program, participating teams are made up of civilians from various departments and directorates.
