Inner Space Cavern: Cavern lies under CenTex highway
GEORGETOWN, Texas — With summer in full swing and rising temperatures keeping families indoors, Inner Space Cavern offers a unique and exciting escape. Located just off the highway, the entrance appears unassuming but inside awaits a welcoming visitor center with food options, ticketing, and a gift shop. The cavern features three guided tour options: the Adventure Tour, a family-friendly experience offered every 20 minutes and lasting about 75 minutes; the Hidden Passages Tour, a more rugged and unlit journey for guests aged 7 and up; and the Wild Cave Tour, an advanced exploration of undeveloped cave areas requiring reservations and open to participants 13 and older.
