Schematic Design

Using the information gathered during programming, we develop schematic floor plans, site layouts, and building elevations. These early design documents are reviewed with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project’s vision, goals, and budget. At this stage, we also verify compliance with applicable codes, zoning regulations, and client-specific standards. A preliminary outline of building components and specifications is also created.
