Down Payment Assistance

Down payment assistance of up to $10,000 is available, subject to availability of funds, for households with incomes under $80,000 that are purchasing their first home in the last three years. The purchase price of the home must be less than $328,200. Homebuyers taking advantage of this program must also complete one of the homebuyer education programs listed below.

(Please note, our program is separate from any programs offered by other state or local agencies, like Minnesota Housing or the City of Woodbury’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority.)
