YOD stands for Your Own Determination. It is a yoga class that combines intentional movement and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to challenge you and stretch you mentally, physically and emotionally. How much you want to put into the HIIT segments is based on your own determination! This class is for all ages and ability levels. The class follows a standard format with yoga warm up, followed by HIIT intervals, and finishing with a yoga cool down and final resting pose. With the added Restore to this class it will always end with a fabulous restorative pose!
